An undeniable advantage of this product is also the fact that at high productivity it cuts bread perfectly perfectly in slices without breaking or crumbling it, thanks to the special shape of the knife. Suitable for different types of bread (soft, diurnal).
The capacity of a bread cutter allows you to cut from 160 to 300 loaves per hour in thickness from 5 to 20 mm. A special regulator allows you to adjust the cutting to the required slice thickness.
The design of the bread cutter eliminates work-related injuries on the part of maintenance personnel and is easy to sanitize.
The product is equipped with switches that cut off the electrical supply when: opening the cover of the bread loading tray, ending the cutting of bread, opening the lid of the receiving bread tray.
