Slicer LR-300 is designed for designed for accurate cutting of any products from sausage to hard cheese without waste. Cut thickness is adjusted from 0 to 18mm. It is used in trade and catering.
The product to be cut is placed into the tray and fixed with clamping unit. The slicer has got built in knife sharpener. For the safe use knife disc is placed into protective cover. Machine design ensures easy and smooth moving of the feeder. Cast base. Cutting disc is made of high quality stainless steel. Energy efficient motor with cooling fan and waterproof breaker ensure compliance with the established safety measures.
