Spiral mixer with two-speed motor МТ-25-01 is designed for intensive mixing of yeast and stiff dough at small bakeries, confectionaries and catering enterprises. The first speed is for mixing the ingredients (to prevent spraying of flour). The second (increased) speed is for kneading dough of any thickness. The use of two-speed motor allows to increase the productivity of the machine as compared with similar machines from other manufacturers.

Electric drive of the machine rotates the bowl, filled with a mixture of ingredients for dough. While mixing dough the spiral rotates simultaneously with the rotation of the bowl. Joint rotation of the bowl on its axis and the spiral inside the bowl provides thorough dough kneading. Work in three modes is provided:
- In this mode the machine operates on the first (lower) speed;
- In this mode the machine operates on the second (higher) speed;
- In this mode after switching on by START button the machine operates on the first mode during 90 seconds (this time is set while manufacturing). After that the machine automatically switches to the second speed and operates in this mode until switched off by STOP button.
To protect personnel from injuries of rotating spiral a cover is installed onto the bowl. The cover is equipped with a micro switch. When the micro switch is activated the machine stops.
