Gas hot plate for pancakes "Maslenitsa", is designed for baking portioned of pancakes with various fillings, both sweet and salty. The heating of the burner is carried out with a gas burner.

The burner is made of heat-resistant cast iron, which has high non-stick properties and been approved by FHCD (Food Handling Control Organization) for contact with food. A burner made of cast iron guarantees the quality and uniform frying of pancakes all over it surface.

It’s not necessary to lubricate the surface of the burner with oil before every pancake, it‘s enough to be done once just before the first use.
