The heating is provided by tubular heating elements, hot air from which is pumped into the bakery chamber, equipped with illumination. The oven has an injection system of steam humidification: the water is injected onto the powerful fans, located inside the chamber, due to what a constant circulation of hot air is provided. Such system ensures a uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. Due to rotation of the trolley, the bakery is prepared uniformly as in a separate gastronorm container, so at any level. The baking chamber is designated for one rack trolley of 16 GN 1/2 (530x650mm) capacity, included into the extent of delivery. The door of the oven is equipped with a heat-proof glass for visual monitoring of the cooking process.
The RPSH-16-2/1M cabinet has a convenient electronic panel in the English language and a USB-port. The automatics provide operation in three modes: preliminary warming up of the chamber, convection (dry heat up to 270° C), combined (up to 270°) with periodical water injection. The electronics allows setting up one of three modes of injection length and its interval can be set up in any time range. Regulated fan speed. Possibility of recording up to 110 programs of own cooking recipes and creating up to 4 cooking stages in each program. When the door is opened, the fan of the exhaust hood (included into the extent of delivery) automatically stops. The oven is quite easy to transport due to its dismantling structure. RPSH-16-2/1M is fully made of stainless steel. Additionally to the rotary oven, you can order a proving chamber SHRT-16-2/1 which contains one trolley for 16 GN 2/1 (530x650mm) containers. The trolley TSHG-16-2/1 is included into the delivery set.
