Frying cabinet 3-section SHZH-3E is intended for frying semi-finished products from meat, poultry, vegetables and other dishes at catering enterprises.
The cabinet consists of 3 sections with internal dimensions of 675x560x365 mm. The dimensions of the sections allow the installation of 4 gastronorms GN 2/1. In the standard delivery, each section is completed with two baking sheets made of carbon steel:

Depth 40 mm - 1 pc.
