Each section contains one grid and one GN 2/1 tray of 530x650x40 mm size, manufactured of unstainable metal. It has a separate power regulation of the upper and lower tubular heating units. Operative temperature range is 20-270° C. Thermostat up to 300°C. It has an option of forced convection and steam humidification. All the structure components and the support unit are made of stainless steel. The device has height adjustable legs.
