Washing capacity - 2000 plates per hour. The power is 46,6 kWt, the power of the boiler is 24 kWt. The device features an electronic control panel. The capacity of the bath is 100 liters, of the boiler – 17 liters.
Operation control of a dishwasher is carried out by a user-friendly pushbutton electronic panel with the digital indicator of the water temperature in the bath or boiler. Double skin decreases noise level and heat release of the machine. Separate modes and systems of water circulation for washing and rinsing. The filling of the washer bath and maintaining of its water level is provided automatically. Another feature is a constant monitoring and maintaining of the water temperature in the bath and boiler. There is a double water filtering system in the bath. Washing and rinsing agents are supplied automatically.
The operation is provided with supply of cold or hot water. The washing cycle switches on only when the water temperature in the boiler is not lower than +60°C. The cycle switches off automatically when the water temperature is below + 60°C. Repeated switch on of the washing cycle is possible only after warming up of the water in the boiler and pressing and releasing the button “Start/Stop”.
Rounded-off corners of the bath make sanitary cleaning an easy process. All the nozzles and sprayers are made of stainless steel. The nozzles can be cleaned easily and quickly.
All the metallic components of the machine are done of stainless steel AISI 304. Height adjustable legs.
The delivery set includes:
4 baskets for plates washing;
2 baskets of stainless grid for washing cutlery, glasses and cups;
Doser for washing agent;
Doser for rinsing agent;
The bath pump.
The machine can be additionally equipped with an entry table for dirty utensils and an exit table for clean utensils. “By default” the machine is being manufactured in the “right” modification.
