PEP-4 electric pizza oven is designated for baking pizza and bakery products which require high preparation temperature at public catering enterprises.

The capacity of one chamber is 4 pizzas with not less than 350 mm diameter. The oven is made of the metal painted by a polymeric paint. The working chamber is made of galvanized steel and is equipped with illumination. The bottom of the chamber consists of 2 heat-proof cordierite plates (fire clay stone), of 15 mm thickness. The door of enameled steel with an observation window of heat-proof glass is equipped with recessed convenient handle. The upper and lower tubular heating units inside the chamber are regulated separately. Operative temperature range inside the chamber is +20°+450°C. Thermostat up to 500°C. The oven has a pointed indicator of a temperature level inside the chamber. The cleaning of the chamber is done by the pyrolysis method at maximum temperature +450° C. Pilot lamps on the control panel indicate contact potential of the tubular heating elements and signify operation readiness. The oven structure is provided with a slide valve which allows accurate regulation of heated air, vapor and fume outlet from the working chamber. The oven PEP-4 is installed onto a table or mounted on a special support unit PP-4. The structure of the oven allows installation of 1, 2 or 3 PEP-4 ovens onto each other what significantly reduces the occupied place in the kitchen.
