Electric range EPK-47ZHSH with oven is designated for preparation of first, second and third courses in surface cooking utensils and also for frying semi-finished products of meat, fish, vegetables and baking small piece culinary products.
The range heating elements are cast-iron hot plates with three tubular heating elements which provide quick and uniform heating and also ensure long lifespan of a hot plate. 7 position rotary switches allow smooth regulation of the plate’s power. The heating surface of the range is 0,36 sq.m. The oven has a separate power regulation of the upper and lower tubular heating units. Operative temperature range of the oven is 20-270°C. Thermostat up to 300°C. Two baking trays of ferrous metal of 530x470 mm size are included into extent of delivery. The face panel is of stainless steel. The side panels are painted.The range has height adjustable legs.
