Electric range EPK-48ZHSH-K-2/1, 4 hot plates, with an oven, is designated for preparation of first, second, third courses using oven utensils, and also for frying of semi-finished products of meat, fish, vegetables and baking small piece culinary products.

The cast-iron hot plates are equipped with three tubular heating elements, what provides quick and uniform heating and also ensures long lifespan of the hot plates. 7 position rotary switches allow smooth regulation of the hot plate’s power. The heating surface of the hot plates is 0,36 sq. m. The hot plates and two desktops provide a flat range surface, making usage of cooking utensils convenient and easy. Below there is an oven with two GN 2/1 trays of 530x650 mm size, manufactured of unstainable metal. The oven has a separate power regulation of the upper and lower tubular heating units. Operative temperature range of the oven is 20°-270°C. Thermostat up to 300°C. It has an option of forced convection and steam humidification. The range has height adjustable legs.
