PGK-49ZHSH gas range, 4 burners, with a support unit without an oven is designated for preparation first, second and third courses using surface cooking utensils and also for frying of semi-finished products of meat, fish, vegetables and baking small piece culinary products.
The range has three burners of 5,5 kWt and one powerful burner with double row of flames (“double crown”) 7,5 kWt. The range has flame ignition system and “gas-control” device. Below there is an oven with one tray of GN 2/1 and one grid of the same size, manufactured of stainless steel. Operative temperature range of the oven is 100°-300°C. The delivery set includes additional removable nozzles for “condensed” gas. The range has height adjustable legs.
