Continuous temperature monitoring and high speed of cooling exclude generation of bacteria. Meanwhile, the shrinkage losses decrease in comparison with traditional cooling; the products preserve their taste, vitamins and mineral substances.
The exploitation at maximum ambient temperature up to +42°C. Upper position of the cooling unit. Magnetic gaskets for perfect thermal insulation. The air-cooler and the fan(-s) inside the cabinet provide uniform temperature distribution. The guiding grids are intended for placing gastronorm containers GN 1/1 or trays 600x400 mm.
The vacuum-packed food load capacity of the shock freezer is 80 kg in chilling and 40 kg in freezing. Chilling from +50 to +3 °C within 90 min, at most. Freezing from +50 to -18 °C within 240 min, at most.
The blast chiller has high adjustable legs.
