MKK-150-01 potato peeling machine is designed for peeling potato and other edible roots at public catering companies

The body of the potato-peeling machines of MKK of -01 type is made of high-quality stainless steel both from the outside and inside which is very important for the machine contacting with water constantly. Ingress protection rating of the body complies to IP23. In the lower part of machine there is a powerful engine of closed type fully protected from moister. Ingress protection rating of the body complies to IP54. 
The level the product is peeled can be determined visually due to the glass lid of the machine. The simple and user-friendly mechanism of the glass lid opening and fixing makes the process of loading of the roots fast and easy. The abrasive material which covers the bottom disc and the walls of the working chamber does not soak and will serve you for a year at least even if the potato peeling machine works 7 days a week. The water is supplied into the working chamber during all the peeling process of the roots.
The machine starts operation by turning the timer. The unloading of the product is done due to the centrifugal force. The peel is removed through the outlet in the cylinder body of the machine to the drainage system through the filter. The stand and the filter of the potato-peeling machine of MKK of -01 type are also completely made of polished stainless steel. 
No special skills are required to work with the device. You only need to load the roots into the working chamber, close the lid tightly, open the water tap (which is included into the delivery set) and preset the time of processing.  When opening the lid the engine stops automatically. Due to the panelson the bottom abrasive disc and on the walls of the working chamber you can peel not only potatoes, but beets, carrots, onions, and other roots. For peeling of next portion of roots close the lid and push the button «Start».
